One of their affiliates messed up my move pretty badly, so I have had the joy in dealing with American Van Lines.
These guys are terrible. The whole organization seems to be a fly-by-night operation, especially when it comes to interstate moves. I would recommend not doing business with American Van Lines or any of their affiliates.
