I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH MY MOVERS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFOREHAND. LAST YEAR I USED ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY TO RELOCATE FROM HOUSTON TO PALM BEACH AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! I WAS PROMISED MY FURNITURE DELIVERY FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND EACH DAY IT DIDN'T ARRIVE IT WAS ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER. FURTHERMORE, NEARLY EVERY PIECE OF MY FURNITURE WAS SCRATCHED OR DAMAGED...EVEN HAD TO THROW AWAY AN EXPENSIVE CORNER-DESK WITH HUTCH. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY OTHER THAN AMERICAN. THEY MOVED MY 2-BEDROOM APARTMENT IN PERFECT CONDITION IN 2 HOURS TOTAL! IT WAS AMAZING AND THERE WERE NO HIDDEN FEES OR STRINGS ATTACHED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMERICAN VAN LINES.
