A few years ago my gas furnace died in January. My old furnace company -- which had been bought out by a big corporation -- sent somebody, who said the igniter was dead. He didn't have one on the truck and said it would have to be ordered. Next day, customer service person at the company said it might take a week or two and didn't care that it was February. I started calling around and found Amazing. The owner's wife answered the phone -- not a call center. She explained that there are only about four types of igniters and between them they will fit any furnace. And her techs carry about 20 on each truck. Spoke with her at 10 a.m. By noon my furnace was fixed. Called back the old company and told them what they could do with their "ordered" igniter when it came in. Great service from Amazing ever since. Their name says it all. more

I was told all main boards are bad and they are correct. Whiteout their troubleshooting, I wouldn't know what was going on with the unit. Thanks more

I like Amazing Heating & Air because of their integrity of the company. They're clean, courteous, and they get the job done. I had them come out to clean my furnace recently, and I had some other issues, they came out today, and looked at other items, and they're coming back tomorrow to get my heat back working and provide a proposal. This is not my first time using them, I used them back in 2009, they're currently working with me to get a new boiler system in a price I could afford. I would say that the prices are fair, I would use them again! more

From setting appointments or working on the my account with Kate to the techs that come do the work. I have always been satisfied with the service provided. Andrew and Ashley have done a great job building this business. more

I signed up for the annual service contract despite the fact that it was more expensive than other companies. When the technicians the took forever. At least twice as long as the previous company that I had and they only inspected the heat and not the air conditioning. They were at my house for 3 hours and every 20 minutes they would come try to sell me some type of upgrade. I told them that we were planning to replace the system in the next couple of years and didn't want to put any money into it but did not deter them. They finally left after three hours and multiple conversations. Two weeks later I tried to use the heat and it wouldn't turn on. I had to make an appointment for a service call and take off work to meet them. The appointment time was 3-6. The guy didn't show up until 6:30 (turns out I din't need to take off work after all.) He's only there 10 minutes when he realizes that the service techs from the last visit left a hose disconnected. So basically I spent $360 on a maintenance plan, took a day off from work and they left my heating unit in worse shape than before they came. Overall is was not a good experience. If a friend hadn't recommended them, I would change companies. more
