A few years ago my gas furnace died in January. My old furnace company -- which had been bought out by a big corporation -- sent somebody, who said the igniter was dead. He didn't have one on the truck and said it would have to be ordered. Next day, customer service person at the company said it might take a week or two and didn't care that it was February. I started calling around and found Amazing. The owner's wife answered the phone -- not a call center. She explained that there are only about four types of igniters and between them they will fit any furnace. And her techs carry about 20 on each truck. Spoke with her at 10 a.m. By noon my furnace was fixed. Called back the old company and told them what they could do with their "ordered" igniter when it came in. Great service from Amazing ever since. Their name says it all.
