Review content:
I signed up for the annual service contract despite the fact that it was more expensive than other companies. When the technicians the took forever. At least twice as long as the previous company that I had and they only inspected the heat and not the air conditioning. They were at my house for 3 hours and every 20 minutes they would come try to sell me some type of upgrade. I told them that we were planning to replace the system in the next couple of years and didn't want to put any money into it but did not deter them. They finally left after three hours and multiple conversations. Two weeks later I tried to use the heat and it wouldn't turn on. I had to make an appointment for a service call and take off work to meet them. The appointment time was 3-6. The guy didn't show up until 6:30 (turns out I din't need to take off work after all.) He's only there 10 minutes when he realizes that the service techs from the last visit left a hose disconnected. So basically I spent $360 on a maintenance plan, took a day off from work and they left my heating unit in worse shape than before they came. Overall is was not a good experience. If a friend hadn't recommended them, I would change companies.
