Mr Al came out Christmas Eve and replaced ancient pump to get heat up in our house it was 19 degrees. We deeply appreciate his service and his prompt response.

Worst

I advice does who have been con or cheat should make a police report on cheating make up a case. I can make sure he will be arrested. Andrew 9173496031

I cannot say enough positive things about Al's Heating Service. After being ignored or misled by several other contractors, I contacted them about a problem that I had been dealing with for a year. They took the time to come over, listen to the issues, investigate, ask questions and then offer a solution. In other words, they worked to solve my problem They undertook a major job, started on schedule, and finished ahead of time. They never asked for a penny until the job was done to my satisfaction. I have found that all contractors are happy to sell you new equipment and parts. Very few are willing to actually help solve a difficult problem and that is good service. I recommend Al's Heating Service without hesitation. more

Really took care of my mom 5/26/2011

Writing this review based on work that was done at my mom's house. In the process of doing some remodeling she also wanted to replace what at my guess is the original furnace from when the house was built in the 50's. It was a monstrosity taking up an inordinate amount of space in the garage. The replacing of the furnace and all ductwork was done in about a day and half. And the crew was fairly friendly as well. The mere fact that it was done so fast is amazing if you could see some of the weird angles of the some of the ductwork in her garage. My mom would highly recommend them to anyone. As would I for their speed since I was the one at the house when they were working. more

Service? What Service? Al is a thief! 5/24/2011

At first, Al acted very friendly, came to my house, liked my kids. I gave him $600 towards equipment. Subsequent interactions with him were like dealing with someone completely clueless. He even came to my house again, at his own suggestion, to have a look over my existing system before deciding how to proceed on our project, but when he got to my house, he started showing me a brochure for other stuff and said he didn't need to see the system! What a waste of time! A few weeks later, I gave up and told him I didn't want to got through with the project. He said he'd give me back my $600. That was seven months ago. He won't answer my calls or hangs up. The Better Business Bureau didn't even have success. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! If I had checked the Better Business Bureau first and saw those complaints, I would not have given a dime to this creep. He's a liar and a thief. Do not trust him! Wish I could give less than one star! more

They came and did an excellent and meticulous job installing two large/heavy air conditioners. They didn't rush and took their time to ensure they were done right and installed solidly. Terrific attention to detail and cleanup afterwards. more

Always on time, extremely professional, friendly, and honest, which is equally as important to me as the quality of the work. They came out back in December to repair my furnace for me, and just came out this morning to get the AC up and running again before things warmed up for the summer. Fast working, efficient, and got the jobs done at a great price. Heavily recommended. more

Right on time! 5/5/2011

A few months back the boiler in my 1920s house stopped blowing cold air. Fearing a very expensive repair but having no choice I found Al's. I made the call on a Thursday. Friday morning, right on time, the crew came to my house. Within 20 minutes the unit was blowing hot air. more
