At first, Al acted very friendly, came to my house, liked my kids. I gave him $600 towards equipment. Subsequent interactions with him were like dealing with someone completely clueless. He even came to my house again, at his own suggestion, to have a look over my existing system before deciding how to proceed on our project, but when he got to my house, he started showing me a brochure for other stuff and said he didn't need to see the system! What a waste of time! A few weeks later, I gave up and told him I didn't want to got through with the project. He said he'd give me back my $600. That was seven months ago. He won't answer my calls or hangs up. The Better Business Bureau didn't even have success. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! If I had checked the Better Business Bureau first and saw those complaints, I would not have given a dime to this creep. He's a liar and a thief. Do not trust him! Wish I could give less than one star!
