Mr Al came out Christmas Eve and replaced ancient pump to get heat up in our house it was 19 degrees. We deeply appreciate his service and his prompt response.

Worst

I advice does who have been con or cheat should make a police report on cheating make up a case. I can make sure he will be arrested. Andrew 9173496031

My mother is 90 years old and last week in the 95 degree weather her AC unit went and with-in three hours Al's Heating and Cooling crew had the unit up and running within 3 hours and gave her a service citizen discount. more

National grid has been by here 4 times last winter so I called an outside contact in Al's Heating & Cooling. In 1 hr it was up and running and no problems since. Would recommend him to anybody. more

My mothers hot water heater started leaking 3 weeks ago on a hot weekend. I called Al's heating and he replaced it and installed it on Sunday at reasonable cost. What a nice company. more

Moved into my house in Jan 2009 had plumbers and heating guys trying to fix the problem with heating system since then I called Al's heating last winter and in 3 hours it was working great after they worked on it. more

In the winter of 2010 Al and his men came to my house on a cold Feb night after my heat went down at 8:30 and by 10:00 my house was restored. Glad I called him and want to tell everybody about his good work. more

Horrible people ! My central A/C stopped working and I called Al's who showed up late. He quoted a high price but I decided to go ahead. 3 days after the repair my A/C broke again but Al won't answer his phone. Now I have to call someone else and pay again. I read some of the older tips that customers have left and see that he is unscrupulous. Do yourself a favor and check people out before hiring them. I have asthma and can't breathe in this weather. more

Back in 2008 I was going through a rough time financially and could not pay for repiars on my fathers boiler. Als heating did the work and took installments per monthly payments and I was so grateful of that and recommend his service highly. more

Next time I know to use Al Al's Heating Service made sure everything was running and heat was coming up. All finished off with his final inspection. In the end, got a more efficient boiler with excellent service at a great price. Would use Al again for any other plumbing needs. more

I wanted to take a minute to thank Al for his quick response for the most recent service call he completed this past winter, took me a while to write a letter because I don't often have Internet access. I have to say I called his service and he answered back within a few minutes which I was shocked because I contacted him very early in the morning and I thought I would have to wait for a call back but to my surprise I didn't. I am a single mother and I live in valley stream, I needed to get someone to repair my heat for me before I went to work that day I work nights and my luck Als Heating came to me later that same morning and I felt so much better that my baby was home with the sitter and was not in the cold not to mention the weather was terrible that day. I just want to say I highly recommend him and I would definitely rely on him again in the future he save the day for me that day, not to mention he didn't rip me off either that was a blessing. more

Called this outfit after my sister's water-heater sprung a leak in January. Al comes and starts spinning stories about sickness and overdue bills and he ends taking a $1200 cash advance. My sister always had a good heart but she gots sucked into the scam. Long story short, Al takes the money never returns and now we is suing. Check out every contractor no matter what ! more

Be careful do not pay at from you will regretted 12/14/2011

I personally paid to Al 3000 dollars in advance to install a new full furnace system in my house. He promesed me to star working in no more than 2 weeks. However, weeks passed, and excuses after excuses he simply didn't show up and now I suing him. more
