My name is Mary Sacco and I wanted to write this note to show my gratitude for the wonderful service Al's Heating and Air provided to me in my time of need. It was Christmas eve and my boiler wasn't working. It got so cold and since I am an elderly woman of 86 years, I cannot tolerate those temperatures. I looked in the Yellow Pages and found Al's Heating so I called. I never really expected anyone would come out 9:00 at night on Christmas eve, but I tried anyway. I spoke to the service operator and she told me that she would pass the message on. Imagine my surprise when five minutes later, Al himself called back and said he would come as soon as he possibly could. Forty-five minutes later he was ringing my bell and was able to restore my heat for the holiday. The day after Christmas his crew returned to refurbish my antiquated (much like myself), heating system. Al""s Heating really responded to my needs quicky and professionally and I will be forever grateful.
