help me out with security issues 11/10/2010

I have experience with 3 alarm companies so far. The first 2 were two local companies and the third one was a big shot in Canada. I lost my faith in security companies. I had a huge loss of money and time. ADT Security is the only company who could help me out with my security issues. They were with me through thick and thin. One thing I would like to state is their quality of systems. It’s going to be 2 years since we joined this company. There was never a real problem for the system. more

I was very dissatisfied with ADT alarm systems. I set up ADT for installation and they told me they would charge a good amount of money for the first couple of months along with purchasing the equipment; they told me after purchasing the equipment once if I call them they would come to install it. more

DT Home Security Alarm recognized this need 11/5/2010

After our home was burglarized, we needed a home security system installed quickly. ADT Home Security Alarm recognized this need and found a time to accommodate our family. The technician was very professional and clear in his explanations. We will sleep good tonight! more

I do not recommend ADT 10/31/2010

I do not recommend ADT for security service. We were ADT customers for several years and had a new system installed in Oct 09. It's Feb 10 and ADT has never billed correctly to match charges in the original contract. Each time we contacted them about billing errors, they stated there was a mistake in the original contract and they offered a lower monthly billing. We've cancelled all service with ADT and are going with a competitor. Apparently ADT doesn't care at all about customer service. more

I have had ADT monitored through MHB Security since I purchased my home 7 years ago. It was professionally installed by MHB security ""ADT largest dealership"" Well yesterday it all paid off. My house was broken into around 4:30 in the afternoon, the alarm went off, ADT called the house phone and also called me on my cell phone. They dispatched my local Toronto police. The thieves were scared off by the alarm or the quick response of the phone call from ADT and they left the same way they came empty handed. I am thankful for their quick response. more
