I do not recommend ADT for security service. We were ADT customers for several years and had a new system installed in Oct 09. It's Feb 10 and ADT has never billed correctly to match charges in the original contract. Each time we contacted them about billing errors, they stated there was a mistake in the original contract and they offered a lower monthly billing. We've cancelled all service with ADT and are going with a competitor. Apparently ADT doesn't care at all about customer service.
