ADT is the best company when it comes to security. They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! what do you expect? ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT (about 100 people) has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. I had a huge loss of money and time. ADT Security is the only company who could help me out with my security issues. They were with me through thick and thin. My experience with ADT home alarm systems has been really pathetic; I got their monitoring devices installed a couple of years ago and their systems was having problems starting from faulty equipment to bad Customer Service. ADT does not care if they loose customers. They would rather enforce contracts, even when a company goes out of business and has to cancel service, they will not transfer the service, they will insist on collecting the balance on the contract. It is difficult to contact the appropriate customer service agent and difficult to work with in general. Their attitude is extraordinarily apathetic with their clients and I am glad to have severed their service. Their level of integrity is extremely low and undesirable to do business with. I am amazed they have managed to stay in business as long as they have. more

My experience for ADT system through MHB Security was very pleasant. Last week I started shopping around for my home security system and found out that every company was trying to charge quite a bit money for the wireless system. AlarmForce was only offering 1 door and 1 motion for free and I was supposed to pay for every thing else. AlarmForce is not able to send Police directly in Toronto, they have to send their own guard so I skiped AlarmForce company. ADT corporate was charging me $895 for the wireless system. Instead I found mhbsecurity and saw they had promotion, I got 3 wireless door contacts, 3 wireless Motion sensors with a wireless keypad, wireless remote keyfob, 1 siren and 1 panel. All of these equipment I got through MHB Security for ZERO dollar. Their sales Manager was extremely professional and their installer was professional.
