Review content:
If you've read my review of Family Video, then you know that price AND service are the two most important things to me in a video store. For years I was a loyal Movie Gallery user, but after multiple incidents of "lost" movies and false late fees I had to make a change. While overall their prices are better than anyone else in town, the lack of good customer service, and disorganization of the store makes me not want to rent there.
