I'm just not happy with the level of service and follow through.\r This is my third summer with Joe - I never met or spoke to him...is there really a Joe? This isn't about the price to close or open the pool - it is about the overall experience. They opened the pool this year and nothing has gone right - a week after opening and I still have cloudy water!\r My previous pool company - removes the filter at the end of the season and washed and stored it until the new season. Joe's has never offered me this service. This summer they had to clean out the filter - it was gross and during the process, the filter was dropped and came apart. It took hours to put back together and I'm not sure it is working or will ever work properly.\r They never tested the water before putting in the start-up chemicals.
