Review content:
Jeff Armstrong is the only reason I'm giving one star and it is because if his stellar customer service and he detailed/or washed and vacuumed my car every time I came in. I bought my car and my clock didn't work. I had to visit the dealership THREE times to get it fixed. After HOURS spent at the dealership (one time was almost 5 and nothing was even fixed due to an additional part needing to be ordered. I'm not sure what exactly they did for five hours to only do nothing) the clock is continuing not to work and just keeps falling further and further behind. My car is a little over a year old. I've literally had maybe three people sit in the back seat since I bought my car and it appears that there was some patch work done to the leather due to a puncture from previous owner and the patch is lifting and peeling off. I spent a lot of money on this car and bought all the warranties and extra's to protect the car which is great because I foresee needing to spend lots of time dealing with issues when my time is precious and should not be spent at the dealership for hours on my days off. I sent an e-mail directly to Tom Mcnab but only got some generic response about coming in for a free oil change, which I plan on using but don't even need for some time. Everyone at the dealership is real nice but I think it's because they have shit for brains. When I purchased my car they never even financed it so I had a free car for a month. I called the bank that they told me I was financed under and they had no record of me whatsoever. So I finally got in touch with the finance manager and it turned out I wasn't finance under anyone! They just let me drive off with a car! Had I not called, who knows when I would have had to start paying! I'm not sure who I need to talk to to feel like I'm getting taken care of. I will NEVER recommend this place. I should have known considering they fucked up my boyfriends rotors when attempting to do his brakes now requiring him to purchase new rotors when they were fine.
