Took my car in without an appt to check for/re[pair a leak in a tire. Although they were slammed with customers, they took on my work and gave me a fair estimate of the wait I would encounter. When they discovered the tire was unrepairable, they gave me the best possible pricing on two new tires (both were in bad shape and due for replacement anyway) and replacement alignment costs. This was not the fastest I've been in and out of VA Tire & Auto of Gainesville for a tire repair -- but, given the circumstances, they did a fabulous job of taking care of me.
