If there is anybody on the entire planet who knows true customer service, it's Frank Indelicato and the crew at VW of Langhorne. I've never had any satisfaction buying a car or taking it in for service, but that all changed when we met the crew. They send calendar invites for your scheduled appointments, they are very accommodating in terms of time, the waiting area has a solid wi-fi connection and nice workspace for those who need to work from the dealership and most importantly, they employ the friendliest staff.\r

If you've ever had a bad experience with a service shop or a dealership, then you know how hard it is to find a reputable one. Look no further and thank me later. VW of Langhorne has my future business for years to come!
