Chris provided the absolute best service we have ever received when purchasing a car. He repeatedly went out of his way to give us all the information, constantly kept us updated on the status of the deal, and catered to our every concern and/or request with a level of customer service that we believe is unprecedented in the car industry. We flew 1,300 miles to pick up our new Golf TDI and drive it home, and we would not hesitate to do it again, nor would we hesitate to convince our family and friends that they should not buy a VW from anyone BUT him. Chris has definitely earned our permanent business. more
