I broke down on I-55 late one evening when I was travelling from St. Louis to Champaign. I was somewhat in a panic because I needed to get back to Champaign due to a sudden illness in my family. A state trooper phoned a tow service for me and I expected to be stuck in a hotel for who knew how long until my car could be fixed. Turns out the tow truck driver was a friend of Duvall's auto and phoned him right then. Mr. Duvall told him to bring my car in so he could take a quick look at it. It was late and Mr. Duvall could have easily went home and made me wait til morning, however, he had my car fixed and I was back on the road within a couple of hours.... and he wasn't expensive! \r
Everytime I drive thru or think about Lincoln, I'll remember how nice I was treated. A lot of places would have taken advantage of my situation and charged me an arm and a leg. I'm grateful that there are still some people (like Mr. Duvall) who watch out for one another.
Pros: Quality service, professional, honest.
