Mr Duvall has been my mechanic for several years, It began when a problem presented and the dealership couldn't find the problem. Mr Duvall took my car for a test drive and immediately explained what the problem was, gave me an estimate, fixed the problem , His rates are more than reasonable, he completed the repair in a timely manner, was courteous and most of all honest, I recommend him for all your mechanical repairs. my,name is john and when i found duvall automotive i had no idea who i was dealing with since i was broke down and felt i had no choice but to take the tow companys recomendation{rons towing} when we arrived at duvall automotive mr. duvall started on my car right away and was done in about three hours installing my new fuel pump when mr. duvall completed my invoice i was surprised that it was the same as his estimate he gave to me i thought it was under priced so i called my dealer when i arrived home{thanks to mr. duvall and rons towing} and to my surprise mr. duvall was almost 100.00 cheaper than my home town dealer would have charged!great service,great price good people to deal with if i had to pick where to break down again it would be lincoln,illinois john more

I broke down on I-55 late one evening when I was travelling from St. Louis to Champaign. I was somewhat in a panic because I needed to get back to Champaign due to a sudden illness in my family. A state trooper phoned a tow service for me and I expected to be stuck in a hotel for who knew how long until my car could be fixed. Turns out the tow truck driver was a friend of Duvall's auto and phoned him right then. Mr. Duvall told him to bring my car in so he could take a quick look at it. It was late and Mr. Duvall could have easily went home and made me wait til morning, however, he had my car fixed and I was back on the road within a couple of hours.... and he wasn't expensive! \r Everytime I drive thru or think about Lincoln, I'll remember how nice I was treated. A lot of places would have taken advantage of my situation and charged me an arm and a leg. I'm grateful that there are still some people (like Mr. Duvall) who watch out for one another.
