my,name is john and when i found duvall automotive i had no idea who i was dealing with since i was broke down and felt i had no choice but to take the tow companys recomendation{rons towing} when we arrived at duvall automotive mr. duvall started on my car right away and was done in about three hours installing my new fuel pump when mr. duvall completed my invoice i was surprised that it was the same as his estimate he gave to me i thought it was under priced so i called my dealer when i arrived home{thanks to mr. duvall and rons towing} and to my surprise mr. duvall was almost 100.00 cheaper than my home town dealer would have charged!great service,great price good people to deal with if i had to pick where to break down again it would be lincoln,illinois john
