Kristine Flynn is a great motivator who really knows her stuff. She is ALWAYS upbeat, so you look forward to your training sessions and nutritional reviews. I was a client when she ran the Sports Nutrition department at a Club I belong to in L.A.. It seriously sucked when she moved south. But L.A's loss is Orange County's gain, so line up while you can still get in.\r
