Review content:
Had my car washed at the shadeland ave store. It was close to closing but they allowed me to pay for a full service clean but refused to dry off my car after it was ran through. After speaking with the manager, I got the impression that she could care less and I asked her that, her response was that she did not. Wow! After the fact I said a few words that I shouldn't have but I have never been so upset in my life. Will never go again and would not recomend them to anyone. Was one of worst experiences ever for a business that is about service. So much for that!
