I have been there before they do a bad job on the inside. windows are not clean dirty still on the outside of my truck.the whole inside it dirty still they did not clean anything ...

Had my car washed at the shadeland ave store. It was close to closing but they allowed me to pay for a full service clean but refused to dry off my car after it was ran through. After speaking with the manager, I got the impression that she could care less and I asked her that, her response was that she did not. Wow! After the fact I said a few words that I shouldn't have but I have never been so upset in my life. Will never go again and would not recomend them to anyone. Was one of worst experiences ever for a business that is about service. So much for that! more

And they also bent my anti. Cons: bad cleaning job more

Horrible Service 8/16/2005

The workers were very rude. They did not clean my vehicle good at all. When I tried to talk to manage, he couldn't talk to me due to another customer complaining that they damaged his vehicle. My vehicle looked just as dirty as it did before I took it in, and mind you I paid $10.00 for nothing. Had I known I would have stayed home and washed it myself. I didn't get anything resolved, and I really felt cheated and dissatisfied. Cons: Customer Service, Workers, Cleaning more
