About six weeks ago, I had a BA done by Dr. Nichter. I had been interested in BA for years and had done a lot of research. After seeing doctors that were wanting to charge thousands more than what I felt was ""average,"" my fiancee and I found an ad in the local paper for the Cosmetic Surgery Information Center and Robin (although their whole staff is wonderful) referred us to a couple doctors. We decided on Dr. Nichter and I'm so glad we did. Not only was his price right (which truthfully made me wary at first since we had received a few higher quotes), but his staff was very friendly and as soon as we met him, he exuded knowledge, the right amount of friendliness and professionalism and didn't push any procedures on us. I went ahead and made the appointment for my surgery and as it got closer to the date, I was getting very nervous. One of his nurses Suzanne was very nice and talked with me about the anxiety I was feeling. She made me feel comfortable and when I decided to reschedule anyway, they were very accommodating and understanding.\r

Fast forward a couple months and I finally went in for my surgery. The surgery nurse as well as the anesthesiologist were wonderful and made me feel so at ease to be going under anesthesia and in for surgery. It was so convenient because the surgery center was right down the street from his office, very clean, professional and relaxing environment. \r

When I came out of surgery the nurse explained everything to my fiancee that was taking me home and were very detailed in the medications I needed to be taking, what I should be doing and not doing etc. In addition to that, Dr. Nichter even called me at 9:30 that night to see how I was feeling! The next day I was up and walking around outside and getting some fresh air and every day has been progressively better. I am healing wonderfully, my scars are barely noticeable and my breasts are now the perfect size. He gave me exactly what I asked for and they look identical to the pictures I picked out as examples. This experience has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend anyone to Dr. Nichter!\r
