In the times that we live, where every day another soulless cookie cutter operation like Ben and Jerry's or Hagen Daz pops up on every other city corner, it's so refreshing that a place like Maron Chocolates/Scoop de Ville still lives in Philly.
From the hand drawn menu to the original chocolate and ice cream creations, the store is a pleasure to visit, and the deserts are absurdly delicious. I was lucky to be one of the first to try their new sit down cafe style special deserts..oh man! Decadent! And definitely the fuzzyest menus in philly!!
