this place sucks i wouldnt take another house from them if they gave it to me. I have nothing but trouble from them fixing things and Gwen and her husband Roy are both liars they told me if I would give them a 10 on customer service so they could get a free trip to Las-Vegas they would fix any problems i had so i lied just so they could get their damn trip and now they wont even do anything. ever since i bought my house the floors that join together have been un-even and they act like im stupid but everyone else sees it as well.i now have a lawyer who is going to take care of my part and im going to go down there and stand in front of their lot with big signs and tell everyone how bad this place is.
Pros: worst customer service
