Cynthia Giuliani is a horrible judge. She is biased and doesn't follow through with what she says needs to be done. We had the first court hearing and she said certain things needed to be done by the next hearing by my ex. We came back to court and they weren't done anything like she said but yet she granted visitations to a father who sees his handicap, severely developementally delayed daughter 2 times a year. I didn't have an attorney because of cost and I was interrupted by either her or my ex's attorney multiple times. But when I was I was trying to interrupt or say something, it didn't matter. I wasn't heard at all. Cynthia Giuliani was more focused on the fact that I wanted my current husband to be able to adopt my daughter and she said the court looked down on that, when he's the one who's taken care of her for the last 6 years of her life! She wasn't interested in what is best for a child who is almost 7 yrs old and is basically like a 1-2 yr. old. There are also NRS statutes that state what neglect is defined as and the biological father exhibited those time and time again. She could have cared less! She should not be determing the future of our children's lives. I am filing a complaint with the judicial system to show the many things this judge did wrong. She should not be a judge. She is a not a fair and just person in the least bit. Change your judge especially if it's making crucial decisions about your children!
