The WORST shop to ever go to. I took my 2006 G6 GTP Hard Top Convertible their and they charged for things that was not fix, didn't fix things that should of been fixed. My car was suppose to be a totaled out car according to our calculation :( but they said no they can fix it so we trusted them. We had to bring it back multiple times and it still wasn't fixed. I brought it to another shop and there was over 6K worth of damage still to the car and that was an open estimate. There were parts of the car that had to be broken down more when getting fixed before adding to that 6K. (J&J said they would pay this other shop to brake the car down to do the estimate and put it back together. J&J NEVER PAID THEM OR RETURNED HIS CALL) The frame was still bent and the car gave everyone in it whiplash ever time we were driving in it. The car sounded like we had the top down even if we had the hard top up. When your little one is complaining its hurting her neck that she doesn't want to get in it any more its a problem. They kept putting in a broken radiator so it would leak all over. One day when it POURED out all over my daughter's cheer coach's drive way, we were not only embarrassed but so angry that J & J is so incompetent to fix something. Even though at that time we were in the process of a court battle I called them to give them a chance to fix everything right and I would drop the case. (that's all I wanted was a fixed car) I was told yes bring your car in but wait for the owner to call you, I said yes I would like first to make sure its OK with the owner I can't go on the OK of the receptionist (that is very nice but not the owner) and no call days later I called again and no call back after calling over 4 times thur out 2 weeks I said forget it and I continued my case in court and won. That is to say my words are facts. Talking with a stranger today about body shops he said never go to J & J that they are the worse shop in the Roseville area, He also said 3 of their long time customers would never go there again after the father stop working there and the son took over its a joke dishonest the most stressful place and you will be completely unhappy. I would NEVER recommend bringing your car to J&J BODY SHOP. RUN RUN RUN or should I say DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE far away you will regret it if you don't. Even the Bar Of Automotive Repair has marked them and all of their paper work they did on my car helped me win my case.
