I used Donmar Company on a referral from a business associate, who had seen Donmar in the neighborhood and talked with the neighbor. It was a second hand referral.
I had three different companies give an estimate on the work. Donmar was not the least expensive, but I had sense of expectation in what was going to be delivered, and I was ready for change. I trusted in what I was hearing from the person who did the review of my home, the introduction, and the sale.
I have two zones for heating and air, and one zone was completely changed, both for the air conditioner and furnace. It turned out very well. There was only one surprise, and that was that we had no anticipation of the size of unit. It was twice as tall as the other brands. We are living with it, but it was surprise.
I had a very trusting relationship with the person who did the sale. The people who did the technical implementation gave a very professional representation of their firm.
