I was a second time client at this salon and had after having several spa services went upstairs to have my hair colored. At the end the stylist said the left side of my hair didnt take the color ; it must be that I had used a drugstore product. I politely informed her I did not and never had. She then exclaimed she forgot to color it! It was the end of the day , so I was booked to return the next morning; which was the same day I was leaving for vacation! In a rush to get to the airport I was mortified when I went to check out they wanted to charge me for having it dried! After their mistake! I requested a manager and was told no one was around and the owner was busy. Then I thought at least I would be contacted.I was new to this area and very taken back. I use salons on a regular basis , utilizing many services. This is one business I wont frequent again.
