The sales associates are all very knowledgeable, and courteous. They are generally a pretty busy place, but I don't mind the wait because I know I'm going to get the right part the first time, and it's going to be a QUALITY part.There may be other parts stores in Gainesville, but none compare to this Napa. The counter men and women are ASE certified and know what they're talking about.
