The sales associates are all very knowledgeable, and courteous. They are generally a pretty busy place, but I don't mind the wait because I know I'm going to get the right part the first time, and it's going to be a QUALITY part.There may be other parts stores in Gainesville, but none compare to this Napa. The counter men and women are ASE certified and know what they're talking about. more

well...not great 4/11/2006

usually i like NAPA but this store in paticular isnt that great. The last time i was there it was filthy and they didnt have what i needed so i had to walk to another auto parts store is the blaring heat in order to get a simple hose. The guy working there was kind of rude and i didnt have an overall good experience at all. I ended up waiting around in the store for an hour for him just to tell me he didnt have the part i needed desperatly. What a waste of time seriously. Maybe if i was treated better by the sales assocaite i would have a more positive attitude about this place but it didnt work out that way. Not reccomended, there are better auto parts stores in gainesville. more
