I just purchased 4 brand new Potenza tires from Firestone and had the service center install them. The service center matched the lowest price available on the market and gave me a great deal. In addition, since the service center is only a 5-minute walk from the Ridgeland El station, I was able to drop off my car, hop on the El to work, and return in the evening to pick up my car. The only negative comment I have about the service center is their sales "tactic." I was told that my battery is about to die and that my break pads needs to be adjusted. However, little did they know, I just had my dealer install a new battery a year ago and my brake pads installed a few weeks ago. Afterward, I went to my dealer and had them run a battery test. My battery was in perfect condition. Meanwhile, I went back to Sears for the break pad "problem." The mechanic looked at my car for free and said there was no problem either. I wonder...
