Just what a family needs, sewer backup right after Christmas and to welcome in the New Year. Thanks to Roto-Rooter we are back in business.
It started with the woman on the phone when my husband called to ask how much it would cost to have an estimate done. She was friendly and helpful and calm. Also, if you don't know, it costs nothing to have them come out and diagnose the situation.
Derek was amazing, friendly and effective.
Thank you for making a not so nice situation a tolerable one. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter again!
