We had a plugged main line drain and had Aron Teppo out to clean it. Aron was fast, friendly and professional. We were very pleased with our service and would request Aron again if we need Roto-Rooter. more

Just what a family needs, sewer backup right after Christmas and to welcome in the New Year. Thanks to Roto-Rooter we are back in business. It started with the woman on the phone when my husband called to ask how much it would cost to have an estimate done. She was friendly and helpful and calm. Also, if you don't know, it costs nothing to have them come out and diagnose the situation. Derek was amazing, friendly and effective. Thank you for making a not so nice situation a tolerable one. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter again! more

Happy Customer 7/12/2010

My service man was Tony Dentz, Service Technician #1675. Tony was very professional and took a lot of time to explain to me all of the options I had with my faulty toilet. This has been a troublesome issue which was complicated by the fact that I was laid off a couple of months ago. Tony was very patient and walked me through the entire process. I am very satified with the work he performed and feel that my home is safe and secure. I appreciate it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter and Tony to any of my friends. more
