My service man was Tony Dentz, Service Technician #1675. Tony was very professional and took a lot of time to explain to me all of the options I had with my faulty toilet. This has been a troublesome issue which was complicated by the fact that I was laid off a couple of months ago. Tony was very patient and walked me through the entire process. I am very satified with the work he performed and feel that my home is safe and secure. I appreciate it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter and Tony to any of my friends.
