This is the first time I have written an on-line review BUT I really need to comment on the tremendous 5 star service I received at Ottica. As a person with some new physical limitations that require mobility devices, I have been a bit timid about shopping downtown. However, I recently had such a tremendous experience that I must encourage everyone to seek out Ottica!
I have purchased eye wear there before and always been very satisfied and thrilled with the many compliments one receives when wearing Ottica eye wear. My most recent visit was the best. The staff did not just "accomodate" me;instead they genuinely respected me and I left with the most beautiful pair of vintage sunglasses from Paris. I felt like a movie star both inside and out. Who could wish for more! M.
