I have been going to Rafet's for several years. The result was always great when Seyfi cut my hair. Unfortunately, he has quit his job to get his own place. I happy for him but I miss my hairdresser. I tired two other guys, honestly, they suck. Each time, my hair was way different than what I wanted. I would have given 4 stars before, but now the place's worth is 1 star.
