I’ve been here in FFA for about 2 ½ years; I’m a blue belt here. FFA has helped me a lot in keeping my composure, keeping me more of a calm person. I’ve been more of a quick-triggered person and this has helped me calm down a lot. When I first came here I was about roughly 205 lbs and I’ve come down to 175 lbs. I recommend this place to a lot of people because this is a good enjoyment. The guys help me a lot with the techniques, and it is very challenging. Everything else is good here.
