Avoid purchases at this store. It was not made clear my purchase was not returnable. 5 Days later the shop would not accept the return, I was told there was nothing they could do. My husband fixed our broken vacuum and the new vacuum I bought doesn't even compare in performance. $376 later I am stuck with a vacuum that doesn't work very well and the company has no way to contact them.
