LF's posts, as the service manager at Slager, really say all that needs to be said about Slager's. He comments on my post (2 years later!) by blaming me. It seems very unlikely that he has the facts of a 2+ year old service call more accurately remembered than my memory at the time. Moreover, whatever I said about the dryer was good enough for the appliance barn service tech to do the job! Blaming the customer seems par for the course, judging by his posts.
The kind of service that you get from Slager is exactly what LF's posts would make you expect. Innaccurate, not customer friendly, and at times downright combative.
