Thanks much to the experts at A-Plus Garage Doors. They came over to take a look at my garage door and gave me all my options. They didn't try to sell me anything right away, they let me know that it could be fixed. I bought a new opener from them anyway, because I knew I could trust them, and I'm still being proven right.
