Since starting here at US Elite my son doesn't argue as much anymore, he is much more positive and more than anything, I wanted him to prove to himself that he has what it takes to help other people and to show that he is somebody special and that he is worth something and that can be accomplished through the Leadership Program here. I don't think grade school really teaches you everything you need to know for life. They teach you math and science, but they don't teach you real life skills. I like how you give him the ideas of Look in the mirror every day and say ?I like myself,' or say ?I'm gonna do it,' or Yes I can!.' You reinforce that with him, and he doesn't get that at school. I see improvement in him, which he wouldn't get if he was in basketball. Basketball is a sport. US Elite is more of a life choice I would say. It's something that he can take throughout his whole life.
