When I needed a waterheater for my home, I went to the Home Depot. They called Fast Waterheaters for me while I was at the store. I spoke to the rep and the scheduler the same day, and arranged for the installation two days later.
On the day of the installation and within the time frame. The tech, George, called me to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived 30 minutes later.
After doing the paperwork, the tech started immediately on the installation. His truck was well stocked for the job. With everything within the truck, even a selection of waterheaters, he got the job done in 1-1/2 hours.
The work was fairly priced and the tech did a great job - even cleaning-up the debris!
I would recommend again for a waterheater!
