I've been to Once Upon A Child. I was not impressed. They do have name brand clothing, but they want almost as much for the item as it is new. They do buy used baby items, such as cribs and car seats. I wouldn't buy a car seat from them, though. I took one in, and noticed they didn't bother to ask if it had been in an accident...it hadn't. But who knows if the other they sell have been. Buy your car seat new. You can get a good one for not very much and you will KNOW it's safe to use.
