I used to bring my cat there for 2 years before switching over to Feline Medical Clinic. Although my vet herself was really great, I found that care given by aides/staff not as adequate , maybe because the clinic is always busy. I have had an appointment messed up, causing me to wait nearly 2 hours after my scheduled time and the vet ended up apologizing for her staff! My cat was also given antibiotics after a teeth cleaning, which made her throw up for a week. The aides were also unable to handle my, (admittedly) really grumpy cat, sending us home with sedatives before asking us to come back again for the cat's physical exam. The prices for shots and treatments there are pretty low compared to the other clinics, but for a few bucks more, both my cat and I had a better experience at Feline Medical.
