This place is similar to payless shoes in promotions or price but I find a bit difference in their collections. Well I found that ShoeCarnival has more sandals and other stuff, they have more high heels higher than the high heels any one can find in payless shoes. After the years of using payless sandals I bought got spoiled I went to shoe carnival and yes I had a good time buying a good pair of sandals there.
