Just fantastic - called and within half an hour this adorable guy is at my door with a selection of great quality brand locks to choose from. he explained all of the options in a way I could understand and installed it for me right there on the spot. He then proceeded to check our bedroom lock (I live with a roommate who's a bit of the "worry" type so she's got a lock on her bedroom... anyways he re keyed her lock for her FOR FREE - now if only he was single LOL thanks so much
