Just fantastic - called and within half an hour this adorable guy is at my door with a selection of great quality brand locks to choose from. he explained all of the options in a way I could understand and installed it for me right there on the spot. He then proceeded to check our bedroom lock (I live with a roommate who's a bit of the "worry" type so she's got a lock on her bedroom... anyways he re keyed her lock for her FOR FREE - now if only he was single LOL thanks so much more

What great technicians! 4/11/2011

It was friday night. It was cold and rainy. And all through the neighborhood were the sounds of my husband screaming and yelling about how shitty the locks were. He couldn’t open up the door. I gave these guys a call and they came out to me and let us in the house, but not before my husband decided to give the tech a few choice words to hear. It wasn’t the techs fault, but he let my hubby vent. then afterward he said not to worry about it that he is used to working with frustrated people. Thanks guys, in many more ways than one! more

Car key issues? Call these guys to fix it! 4/11/2011

The night started out pretty good. drive to the Japanese place, eat a little sushi. Too bad after dinner, there was absolutely no car keys to be found! I have no idea where they ended up. So I called these guys and got a new key. so a nice, moderately priced dinner turned into an expensive date! But at least it was with a woman that I love! more
